Melissa’s School of Dance is currently accepting dancers for a mid season Ballet & Movement to Music class for 3 to 5 year olds. This class will introduce dancers to the fundamentals of ballet, no dance experience needed. This class will meet on Wednesday’s from 5:00 to 5:45pm starting in January. These dancers will enjoy their debut stage performance in our 2024 spring recital showcase.
How does it work?
- After you secure a position in the class, I will send you a link so you may order ballet slippers, leotards, tights, and tutu to place under the Christmas tree, or tell your dancer whenever you like. Ordered items will ship directly to you.
- Classes are $50.00 a month for one dancer taking one class per week, and autopay is drafted the first of each month.
- In late January, you will need to put down a $50.00 costume deposit per dancer on their dance account. Once I see the inventory of available costumes the costume balance (the remaining amount due for the costume) will be placed on your dance account. You can pay the costume balance, size your dancer, and order her costume.

Please note, there are several leotard options on this link, but you do not have to purchase all of them.
Our studio has brought dance joy to our community and surrounding areas for over 32 years. Our dancers have performed in Disney World Parades, danced with the Rockettes, danced on the Grand Ole Opry stage, performed at Martinsville Speedway before a NASCAR race, and more; your child can begin her journey to joining this legacy.
