Lyrical Ballet I - (7 years and older)

Lyrical Dance combines the beauty of ballet and jazz. Inspired by poetic fluidity and lyrics of songs, lyrical is a very emotional and expressive genre of dance. While breaking into the lyrical genre, dancers will also still work on foundational ballet skills to make them stronger. Dancers will also learn a variety of progressions used in ballet and jazz such as various turns, leaps, and other progressions. Both classical and modern techniques will be taught in this class in order to keep the dancers well rounded.​
